Maintenance & Testing

1.
All emergency drench showers and eyewash should be properly maintained and tested weekly. After testing the units the tester should record the date of test and initial on the test tag that is attached near to the units.

If there is no floor drain available, a dry shower test kit should be used.
3.
If a shut-off valve is installed for maintenance purposes, please ensure that it is turn on back again after maintenance.
4.
ABS plastic bowls for shower and eyewash are not recommended for outdoor installation.
